Starting January 1, 2025, United Way of Greater Nashville (UWGN) joins United Way of Greater Chattanooga’s (UWGC) 211 Service Region, bringing the call center closer to home with a localized approach that prioritizes user friendly access and personalized support. The 211 website has resources accessible 24/7. 211 Navigators are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, to provide tailored guidance for those in need.
