For the 5th year as the presenting sponsor of the Mary Catherine Strobel Volunteer Awards, Jackson continues to play a vital role in celebrating the spirit of volunteerism and honoring those who go above and beyond to serve others.
This year, we are especially inspired by Jackson’s continued commitment to volunteerism.
In 2024, 51% of Jackson associates volunteered, up from 48% in 2023.
This steady increase reflects not only their passion for giving back but also their intentional efforts to integrate service into their company culture.
Their engagement extends beyond traditional volunteer projects—they are strategically focusing on financial literacy and education to empower families and individuals in our community through generous contributions. In 2024, Jackson invested more than $980,000 in financial education and coaching programs and 194 Jackson associates volunteered 941 hours supporting the financial wellness of the communities where their associates live and work. As part of this effort, Jackson has strengthened its partnership with the Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) by supporting Family Financial Literacy Nights in collaboration with Communities in Schools Tennessee and other educational initiatives. These programs provide families with essential tools and resources to navigate personal finance, plan for the future, and build financial stability. By aligning their volunteer efforts with their expertise in financial services, Jackson is making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
