Localized Call Center Offers 24/7 Online Resources

United Way of Greater Nashville (UWGN) announces partnership with United Way of Greater Chattanooga (UWGC) to provide comprehensive 211 services across the Middle Tennessee region.

This exciting new partnership brings the 211 call center closer to home and strengthens the 211 Network across the state of Tennessee. United Way’s 211 offers a localized approach to resource navigation that prioritizes user friendly access and personalized support.

211 is a free and confidential service helping people find the local resources they need when they need them. Navigators can help find resources across numerous categories: food, housing, employment, education, health services, eldercare, and other crisis hotlines.

“We are thrilled to offer a new, user-friendly website where resources are accessible 24/7 and easy to search. Navigators are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, ready to provide tailored guidance for those in need,” said LaKelia Lovan, UWGN’s Director, 211.

This shift ensures more effective resource connection for our community while aligning with current needs and call volume trends.

United Way of Greater Nashville provides 211 as a vital community service that helps you connect to the resources you need.
